    Buenos Días, de antemano disculpe mi ignorancia al respecto, quisiera saber si este tipo de propiedad esta a la venta a todo tipo de persona, natural o extranjero y si este tipo de propiedades se pueden arrendar igualmente aunque su rentabilidad sea mínima, en otra pagina de agentes inmobiliario simplemente me dijeron que no, pero no me dieron ninguna explicación al respecto. Y disculpe me refiero a propiedades tipo departamento o condominios que he visto desde 20000 $ , no necesariamente esta propiedad especifica. Agradezco mucho su comentario e información.

      Hola Marcos gracias por contactarnos.En caso de apartamento o condominio tanto compradores locales comp extranjeros la pueden comprar no se a que propiedad en especificio se refiere pero si es departamento sin ninguna restriccion puede comprarlo y arrendarlo despues alguno edificios tienen restricciones de alquiler por ejemplo alguno piden que el comprador no alquile los primeros 2 anos o quizas los primeros 12 meses etc. Pero en general si puede hacer la compra siendo extranjero.

          Si esta propiedad esta reposeida por el banco es una venta remate es el precio basico que quiere el banco el precio puede subir en dependencia de la competencia de ofertas. Pero si la puede comprar y alquilar siempre y cuando la administracion del edificio permita que inversionistas compre y alquilen inmediatamente. Tiene que consultar las reglas del edificio.

    El pago a los bancos incluyen seguro de desgravamen? ( si fallece el dueño, la casa queda pagada por el seguro)

      No. El seguro de titulo es el intrumento que se usa en esos caso. Este seguro es preparado por una compania de titulo o firma de abogado de real estate y se compra una sola vez a la hora de la compra y te cubre por problemas que haya tenido el titulo anteriormente y te asegura por cualquier demanda que tengas en el futuro.
